About the Role
✔️ Location: Clinic-based (Caringbah), community, and home-based services across Western Sydney, South Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire, and St George

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Assess, diagnose, and provide individualised therapy plans for clients with speech, language, and communication challenges

🔹 Provide parent and caregiver coaching to support clients’ communication goals at home

What We’re Looking For

Key Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Freedom Therapy Services. This role is ideal for professionals who are either:

✔️ Studying towards or holding a Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis
✔️ A Certified Behaviour Analyst
As a Behaviour Specialist, you will provide high-quality, individualised, and evidence-based behavioural support to clients across clinic, home, community, and remote settings. You will also contribute to the development and supervision of Therapy Assistants, ensuring best-practice service delivery.
This position is available for part-time or casual work, with flexible working arrangements to suit your lifestyle. After-school availability is required.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Design, implement, and evaluate individualised behaviour support programs
🔹 Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBA) and other assessments
🔹 Develop and write NDIS reports and behaviour support plans
🔹 Provide direct therapy services
🔹 Train and supervise Therapy Assistants

What We’re Looking For
Essential Criteria:
✔️ Relevant tertiary qualifications in Allied Health, Education, or Psychology
✔️ NDIS-Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner
✔️ Master’s in Applied Behaviour Analysis (or currently studying)
✔️ Experience providing Behavioural Intervention (1–3 years minimum)
✔️ Strong knowledge of skill acquisition plans, assessments, and behaviour support plans
✔️ Experience working with children (ages 4–12) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

About the Role
As a Therapy Assistant you will work one-on-one with clients to support their independence, social engagement, and overall quality of life.
✔️ Location: Work will primarily be conducted from our clinic in Caringbah the Sutherland Shire and in clients homes. We provide services to Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire and St George Areas.
✔️ Hours: Minimum 10 hours per week availability with at least 2 – 3 afternoons available.
